Our story

The story behind our firm

Elewana means harmony. The word comes from the magical continent of Africa, where our Founder enjoyed a life altering experience. An immense recognition that we are all in this together - “ubuntu” - a masai phrase meaning “I am because you are, and you are because I am”. The beauty and gratitude of working together with passionate talented individuals. A work life of joy and adventure; operating in harmony - that is Elewana.

about jennifer

Leading radical digital transformation

Healthcare is running out of time. Costs are skyrocketing. Workforces are burning out. Patients are demanding better, faster, more personalized care and the industry is reliant on inflexible legacy technology that drives greater inefficiencies. The gap between innovation and execution is widening—and the organizations that hesitate now won’t survive what’s coming next. The reality? Disruption isn’t on the horizon—it’s already here. Tech giants, startups, and non-traditional players are moving in, redefining healthcare on their terms. Legacy organizations that cling to slow, incremental change will be left behind, outpaced, and obsolete. Elewana Advisory was built for those who refuse to let that happen. Founded by Jennifer MacGregor, a relentless force in digital transformation, Elewana turns bold vision into execution, fast. Jennifer doesn’t only strategize—she delivers. Her ability to cut through complexity, dismantle barriers, and drive massive change at speed has made her name a verb in the industry. To “MacGregor-it” means to take the impossible, crush every obstacle, and make it happen—now. This isn’t for the cautious. It’s for those who are ready to lead, not follow….even (and especially) if you’re not sure how, or where to start. The ones willing to break free from outdated models, challenge conventional thinking, and build the future of healthcare before someone else does it for them. Elewana Advisory exists to do what others won’t: accelerate transformation, create and leverage your organization’s unique capabilities, and ensure that you’re the disruptor—not the disrupted. Because in healthcare, waiting isn’t only risky. It’s fatal. Are you ready to lead? Then let’s get to work.
